Kenshō is a Zen term meaning; an initial awakening or seeing ones true nature. Kensho’s vision is to provide exceptional quality small group martial arts instruction and training where students will excel in working closely with our chief instructor. Our students not only develop awesome martial arts skills while they get into top physical condition, but develop their own personal power and learn to maintain sustainable balance in their lives.
